- Each technician must complete an extensive factory-training program prior to being authorized to repair your equipment.
- We believe it is our obligation to provide direct company support for all the products we sell. We do not rely on third party service organizations to maintain the equipment we install. Therefore, we provide a direct line of responsibility
- Product Update Bulletins are provided to our technicians on a regular basis. These engineering and technical support bulletins are reviewed in bi-weekly meetings to insure our technicians have the best information available to solve problems quickly and to insure top performance of our products.
- ImageTech Technical Support
- We maintain a group of highly experienced technical engineers in our corporate office to assist our field technicians. These technical engineers are available to our field representatives at all times to assist in problem solving or trouble shooting.
- Service Data Entry System
- Our computer entry system provides us with up to the minute information on how our products are performing and on how well our technicians are handling your account. By tracking service response time, call backs and parts usage, we can do a better job of maintaining your productivity and improving our products.
- Repair Parts Availability
- We maintain a large local parts inventory that is monitored daily to insure proper safety stock.
- Each technician is allowed a generous supply of "car stock" inventory. The most commonly used parts are available on the spot, eliminating "call backs" as much as possible.
- An emergency parts order system is available to provide overnight delivery of items not currently in stock on a local basis.
